So this is my first journal ever.. and so I'm trying something new. Anyway, I'm currently taking a class called "Antiquarian Avantgard" Mostly, it is a large format photo class, but also with some alternative processing. We are going to be doing things using Tintype, and other stuff possibly including daguerreotypes, which i think is really cool.

I just wanted to let those who read this know that some of the stuff coming up will be pretty different then what i've done so far. Today I got my pinhole camera, which is a Holga pinhole... But we're going to be making our own. Later on we will be using a 4x5 view camera... So things should get pretty interesting!!
